EngineeringDesign custom roof and floor trusses using MiTek software. Work closely with builders and production teams to deliver precise, engineered solutions.
Production Supervisor
ManufacturingOversee daily truss manufacturing operations, manage production staff, and ensure quality control standards are met consistently.
Delivery Driver (CDL)
LogisticsDeliver trusses and building materials to jobsites across Arizona. CDL required. Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
Building Materials Sales
SalesHelp builders source materials, provide quotes, and build lasting relationships. Construction industry experience preferred but not required.
Truss Assembly Technician
ManufacturingAssemble wood trusses following engineered drawings. Learn a skilled trade with opportunities for advancement. Training provided.
Estimator
SalesReview builder plans, prepare accurate truss quotes, and coordinate with design and production teams. Detail-oriented problem solvers encouraged to apply.
